Eli Bardash

Eli Bardash is a second-year Master of Public Policy student in the UVA Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. The Falls Church, VA native graduated from UVA in May 2026 with a major in Government and a minor in History and Mathematics. Eli has been interested in Jewish studies since childhood, having attended a Jewish day school and served as a camp counselor at Camp Ramah in New England, a Jewish sleepaway camp. He took numerous Jewish Studies courses as an undergraduate and was an inaugural member of the Jewish Studies Undergraduate Fellows Program. Eli is excited to continue encountering great Jewish Studies perspectives as a Mark J. Friedman Family Graduate Fellow. After graduation, he plans to enter a career in public service.
