Allison Rubinstein

Ally is a third-year student from Richmond, VA, pursuing a major in Cognitive Science and a minor in Spanish. She is involved in the Jewish community at UVA as the Head Intern of First-Year Engagement at the Brody Jewish Center. She also participates in Neuroscience research and is the founder of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society advocacy club at UVA. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys playing guitar, sailing boats, and going on hikes. Ally enjoys being a Jewish Studies Undergraduate Fellow because she is interested in the portrayal of Judaism in the media and the rich history of the state of Israel.
