Ava Sukoff

Ava Sukoff is a fourth-year student from New Jersey majoring in History with a minor in Religious Studies. In the summer of 2026, she was the first University of Virginia Jewish Studies Undergraduate Intern at the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, DC, where she contributed to their mission of preserving and sharing Jewish history. She is on the board of Wahoos for Israel as the Social Media and Marketing Chair and is involved with the Brody Jewish Center. Ava is interested in Jewish-American history and culture and the history of Judaism, Israel, and Zionism. She has enjoyed being further involved in Jewish life at UVA as a Susan and Mark B. Sisisky Jewish Studies Undergraduate Fellow. In her free time, Ava enjoys crafting, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
