Affiliated Jewish Studies faculty member and Justice Anthony M. Kennedy Distinguished Professor of Law Naomi R. Cahn recently co-wrote an article for The Conversation about new state policies fighting to restrict social media access for children and teens. Throughout the article, Cahn notes the varied measures that different states have taken to protect minors on social media and also highlights the fact that this phenomenon is occurring in both Democratic and Republic controlled states.
