Rabbi Angela Buchdahl's new book, Heart of a Stranger: An Unlikely Rabbi's Story of Faith, Identity, and Belonging, has just become a New York Times Bestseller. Rabbi Buchdahl, senior rabbi of Central Synagogue in New York City, will visit UVA on November 19th to discuss her book, which details her path to becoming the first Asian-American rabbi ordained in North America.
